Sales Manager (Indonesian Only)

Job Descriptions:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue target
  • Acquiring and upholding a good local and international customer network
  • Establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand as well as implementing suitable marketing strategies
  • Maintains a high level of attention to detail managing all respective sales activities (notes, follow-ups, emails, call logs)
  • Handling arising customer conflict properly with efficient negotiation and suitable sales approaches
  • Manage a strong relationship and deliver a high satisfactory service level to clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in automatic filling machines
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Confident, assertive self-starter, positive thinker, excellent social and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn and think quickly
  • Languages: Indonesian, English, proficiency in other languages is a plus
  • Capable of operating Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point programs well
  • Based in Surabaya or Jakarta

Job Descriptions:

  • Constructing and completing a realistic Sales Action Plan to sustain and increase product sales
  • Acquiring and upholding a good local and international customer network
  • Establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand
  • Nourishing further customer relationships and negotiations of prices under the general sales plan or strategy
  • Managing an effective and concrete arrangement of the complete sales & logistics processes
  • Specifying and analyzing changing trends and results, the conditions of the market, competitors, as well as implementing suitable marketing strategies
  • Defining and evaluating the crucial needs of customers, making sure that an appropriate service in accord with them is received afterwards
  • Maintaining a suitable communication and interaction with clients on a regular basis to enhance a mutual relationship for further commercial discussions
  • Handling arising customer conflict properly with efficient negotiation and suitable sales approaches
  • Manage a strong relationship and deliver a high satisfactory service level to clients
  • Conducting regular sales review sessions with board members to continually discuss and improve upon the sales projection

Requirements:
